Donations

Donations to certain accounts of AEPL are tax deductible.

Single or recurring donations can be made by cheque, internet banking or credit card. Forms for donations are available on this page. If you prefer to make your donation online, there are also links available for this purpose.

The Australian Taxation Office has endorsed several funds of AEPL as Deductible Gift Recipients, which entitles donors to claim a tax deduction for donations of $2 or more.

Workplace giving programs

Where an employer has agreed to set up a Workplace Giving Program employees may nominate a Gift Fund of AEPL as the beneficiary of their donations.

Low interest and interest-free loans

AEPL welcomes low interest or interest-free loans. Please contact the AEPL office to discuss terms and how to formalize a loan.

Volunterring Time

Activities of AEPL are conducted by staff, and by volunteers of all ages.

Volunteers have the opportunity to assist in several ways. For example:

– Contributing with their professional skills to an educational program or administration
– Teaching practical skills at a youth club
– Assistance with maintenance or capital works at a study centre
– Assisting with the administration of a centre or activity (eg communications, data entry and correspondence)
Volunteers will work as part of an energetic team, having opportunities to interact with many people.
Compliance with “working with children” requirements is mandatory for all staff and volunteers.
